The whole property sleeps up to 50 (Main Lodge 32, Liberty House 12, each cabin 2). The person who booked must be 25 or older and stay on the property during the visit.
Please keep noise down after 11:00 PM (after midnight Fri & Sat) out of respect for the property, wildlife, and neighbors.
No smoking inside any building. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Pets are welcome only with prior approval ($25 per pet, per night). Please ask before booking.
Up to 12 vehicles and 2 trailers/RVs. Please park only in the designated areas.
Swim at your own risk — there is no lifeguard. No running on the docks. Please use life vests, especially for children and anyone who isn't a strong swimmer.
Use only the provided grill and designated fire areas, and never leave flames unattended. Bring your own propane for the BBQ. No fireworks, please.
Load dishes in the dishwasher, leave beds unmade, leave used towels in the tub, set the thermostat to 78°, bag all trash and take it to the designated trash area, empty the fridge, and lock all doors and windows.
The ranch runs on well water, a septic system, and propane — all completely normal, just good to know during your stay.
